I know not exactly f350 but parts i have found were listed for a f350. Ive had a time getting rear wheels off after soaking in penetrating oil i got outer nuts off but the 13/16 4 point studs they were on and that hold the inner wheel on wont give. used a big gun and one actually rung off. the outer nuts were reversed as in they turned right to remove. does that mean the stud would be removed like normal? righty tighty lefty loose? or like the outer nut? cant really get heat on the studs thread area because of the wheel. any ideas would be appreaciated

If I remember correctly one side was lefty and the other righty. The inner nut was marked on the end with a L Or R

After determining L or R on the square head stud and you can't break them loose, the stud is actually a "Nut"too. You should be able to heat the "stud/nut" with a torch and then should come free with your impact wrench. The Stud/Nuts thread onto, stud's, that go thru the wheel hub's. Cap
