I have tried ordering several off the internet but all came back wrong size for my truck. I think my only chance of finding one will be person to person. everyone only seems to have the one that fits the bronco, not the pickup for that year. Anyone happen to have one laying around or know where i can get one? thanks

 

Thank you so much for that additional info. The shop that my truck is at said shroud was too thick/wide measuring from engine to radiator by a couple of inches. Have you or anyone else seen one that is thinner/narrower that might fit down in between the radiator and the engine? Fan was removed, there just wasn't enough physical room to slide it down they said.....?

 

Ken is right, as usual. But it may just be a case of an engineering snafu. You may have to take the radiator out, insert the shroud, then re-install the radiator. I know that's not what you want to hear, but sometimes repairs/ replacements are a pain in the butt. For example, the 8th spark plug replacement on a Chevy Monza. You have to lift the engine up to have enough room to get at it. If engineers had to work on what they design, things would be Way Simpler!
