Front Springs fall out.

    I installed new stock front springs in my 65 F100 I used the bottom retainer disk (worthless) and held the springs in position while letting the Jack down. The problem is that if I then jack the vehicle up in the center when the weight comes off the tires the springs fall out of the upper spring cup. Why? There doesn't appear to be any upper spring retainer.

    Thanks for the reply and the link, I just knew there should have been a upper retainer.
