Is there a Voyage regulator for the dash gauges? If so where is it? after starting the front tank may read empty . If I switch to rear tank It will show it has fuel in it now almost full and I am sure it is almost full. The if I switch back to the front tank It may read half full or read full. The tank should be almost full now as I added more to day. I did install new tank senders about a year ago. They worked ok for awhile but then started to act up. Should I just put some new ones in?

No regulator, but a "damper" to slow needle movement so you don't get quick swings from fuel sloshing in a tank. Sounds like a harness/ground issue, sending unit will usually be a empty or full reading all the time. If you unplug the sender the gauge should go to full - it doesn't then its the wiring that has a fault.
