Replace the Evaporator Purge Valve. These go bad, cause a vacuum in the tank which causes it to pull in. If it still reads bad, you'll also need to pull the fuel pump assembly from the tank to replace it, because the tank pulled in enough to bend the fuel pump assembly. If you let the issue gone on without repair, you can end up with fault codes from too rich a fuel mixture, stalls, etc.
