Purchase the above for F-150 4.6. I will post the claimed performance here in a few weeks. Gadgetman claims more torque- power - increased mpg. I’m very curious to see what happens. The physics of the process is sound. Stay tuned...

 

Used “Snake Oil” lubricant in crankcase and have noticed slight improvement in gas mileage. City 23 mpg. Throttle body will be installed after it stops snowing .

 

Throttle body has been installed and definitely saw improvement in power and torque. My mileage has increased a little. Jury is still out in the mileage of my truck.
