The legendary Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, well known in hot rodding circles for his Rat Fink illustrations, once owned a 1956 F100 he used to showcase his pin-stripping business. Over the years the truck was lost... and now it is found.

The truck made it's way to a barn more than 30 years ago, and has been residing there in Oklahoma until it's recent rediscovery. You can still see signs of his custom artwork on the truck. In addition to the custom painted grill, it also has a tonneau cover with a mural and is powered by a Packard V8!

The truck is now back in California, and for a period of time will be displayed in it's unrestored condition. Following this it will undergo a full restoration to is former customized look by Galpin Auto Sports. Galpin has handled some iconic car restorations before so it's in good hands.

The plans are for the truck to make it's debut at the 2017 Grand National Roadster Show.
