Help Identifying Carburetor line

    I'm not sure what this is. I'm restoring a 1970 F250 (390 engine size) and working on the carburetor. There is two metal lines that run from the carburetor to the exhaust. One is covered with material and the other is a metal line that terminates to a rubber hose that connects to the carb. I broke the one not covered in material. Looking for any information so I can find parts to replace it. Thanks!

    The metal tube with the 'material' is the preheat tube. Auto parts stores sell a pre heat kit.

    both are to heat the choke element under that black plastic cover on the choke housing
    google up classic truck parts that will lead you many places selling reproduction parts .last ebay motors for either good used or new old stock
