Hello Steptoe. Welcome to FTZ. I cannot answer your question. In 1967, F-250 had single rear wheels, 8 lug nuts and studs. F-350 came with dual rear wheels, possibly single rears also. Dual wheels had 8 lug nuts and studs. The holes in the rims had alternating concave/convex mating surfaces and the left rear hub lug nuts and studs were left hand thread. Whether Factory or Aftermarket, there were adaptors, you could bolt on the single wheel hubs and the install dual wheels. The adaptors could also be used on the front of 2and 4 wheel drive applications to use the dish type dually wheels up front. The truck would have the appearance of being a 350.

The Rims you describe, if 6 mounting holes, 9/57 coud be the year of Mfg. and S/B could be the the Mfg. Dual rear wheels in 57 on 350's had 6 holes.

    1953/66 F350's have 6 lug wheels on a 7.25" bolt circle / 1967/97 F350's have 8 lug wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle / 1999 and later F350's have metric wheels.

No F250 of any year was available with DRW (Dual Rear Wheels) from the factory. 1953 and later F350's were available with both SRW (Single Rear Wheels) & DRW

It could be possible that the OP bought an F350, not the F250. Many people do not know what the differences are on these older trucks. Plus the F250 emblems may have been replaced with F350 emblems by a previous owner.

1967's have the emblems on the sides of the hood, these emblems don't have yellow reflector lenses like the 1968/72's do.
