Cut out the bad spot

Use a heat gun, heat enough to insert the brass repair section

As you see by the date stamp, I made this repair 4 years ago, and the lines are still holding up just fine!

 

I have used those repair kits with great results also . You can use just the barbed splice to repair pinholes and rodent damage in some cases . They are can be purchased also .

 

Had to do this last year !@#$%^& rodents. At least it was on the front tank so I could get to the lines easier. Keep a spare repair kit in my travel tool box.

 

i use a mig welder set to low power and weld the hole closed

 

LOL U B bad welding nylon line with a wire feed...............

and i fix holes in synflex air lines with a self tapping screw then wrap it with 3m electrical tape.
