I have a 1993 F-350 460ci that I bought from a city fire & emergency department. It been in my garage for 5 years and started about 6 times a year. Has always started right up until the following:
I decided to remove a device attached to the dash beside the radio. It looked like it would hold some kind of radio or communication device. I removed the device and clipped the wiring attached. Now there is no fuel pressure and the odometer light no longer works.

I understand that when you turn on the ignition you should hear the fuel pump circulating. If I somehow loosened some wiring that connects the ignition to electric fuel pump, would this keep the fuel pump from working.
