Now we see where the cool kids hang out!

Hate to be late to the party, but we've decided to part with our 1971 F100 rather than restore it after all.

This is a 1971 Ford F-100 with just 28,432 original miles.

ONE registered owner (our former neighbor), bought new in 1971 and driven like a pickup should be. We're not sure what the paint is, but it's done a good job protecting the metal underneath. No rust.

    Original hubcaps
    3 on the tree
    New radiator
Has period correct aftermarket gauges that still work - along with the original gauge cluster
    New carburetor (choke needs adjusting)
Needs front wheel cylinders. If you pump really fast... you've got brakes.
    Needs a fuel sending. unit.
If you can drive a stick shift, you can drive 3 on the tree... but you'll look cooler.

    Very cool old truck
    V8 Windsor engine
    2 barrel carbs

In Alabama, there are no titles issued for vehicles that are 35 years old or older. It becomes "personal property" at 35 years past manufacture date.

    Asking $6,500

According to the 4th digit of the VIN (G), your truck has a 302 2V, not a 351W(indsor) that was not installed in Ford trucks until 1981.

Thank you! Good to know! Adjusting it.

Hmm... feeling like a dork - can't figure out how to edit the post.

    But YES!!! Must be a 302 2V.
