I believe front bumper from 67 to 79, 2X4, are the same. Trim, steering wheel and anything else you might look for, check Facebooks Marketplace, Craigs List, Ebay, you local Wrecking Yards. If you MUST buy new, as "whomrig" suggested, try D Carpenter and many other restoration parts suppliers out there. Just take your specific search to the internet and you'll find many sources. carolina-classics.com is a source I use a lot. So far they’ve had everything I needed.

LMC Truck, National Parts Depot and Macs are all good sources

Macs Ford parts, LMC Truck,Dennis Carpenter and NPD are all good sources for aftermarket and reproduction parts.
Lot of people say to be careful of Dennis Carpenter chrome products though

These parts you want were never sold by auto parts like Rock Auto, were only available from Ford dealers.

    Chrome (C4TZ-17757-D) & painted (C4TZ-17757-C) front bumpers are the same 1967/77 F100/350 & 1978 F100/350 before serial number AG0.001.

The C4TZ part number prefix reflects 1964/66, but Ford changed the shape of the bumper ends in 1967, so the original 1964/66 bumpers will not fit the later trucks properly.

    The 17" 3 spoke steering wheel is the same: 1961/66 F100/250 2WD, 1966 F100 4WD, 1967/70 F100/250 2WD/4WD, 1969/70 F350 // 1966/73 Bronco.

Steering wheel (black only) and the bumpers were reproduced by Dennis Carpenter in Concord NC (dennis_carpenter.com)

Are also available from other repro parts sellers like Mac's Antique Auto Parts in Lockport NY & Blue Oval Truck Parts in Anaheim CA because they buy these parts from Carpenter

Front bumper is the same 1967/77 F100/350, 1978 F100/350 before serial number AG0,001 .. 2WD/4WD makes no difference.

The 1978 bumpers from serial number AG0,001 & 1979 look completely different. Were also used on 1978/79 Bronco. See my post #8
