I believe this is why there’s also a shortage of used trucks.......they can’t trade.

 

Used trucks in the North Texas area are at a premium and have been for a while. Last Sept my 2018 sold for more than I paid for it new. My oldest daughter had a hard time finding a truck for their, soon to be, 16 year old son. Finally pulled the trigger on a 2012 GMC with just over 200,000 miles...and needs some attention. Bought it from a family friend though, who bought it new...takes care of his stuff. Front brakes and some body ''freshments'' (hail damage) and it will be a good 1st vehicle. My son-in-law is big in the paintless dent repair market so that isn't a problem.

As a side note, Patrick Mahones' very pricey Land Rover took on some extensive hail in Lubbock a few weeks back. They brought it to Dallas for my SIL to fix...
