    The Louisville/South Central Indiana has been spending a lot of money on infrastructure. A new bridge for I-65, and they're finally completing the outer circle freeway with a bridge as well. With the Ohio River right there, 3 interstates, a large railroad system, and UPS has a huge hub in Louisville. In fact, it may be their largest hub in the country.
