    I think there's a big market for this truck. We have two full size trucks, an F150 and an F250 plus an Explorer. For trips into town which make up the bulk of our driving mostly in the Explorer, this would be perfect and get double the mileage.

    if it's anywhere close to my 2.0 powered escape , the 19 highway i get will be the tops it gets in real world ,yes it's better than 13 to 16 of a full size .
    looks wise they just cut the back off the escape and made a small pickup bed.

    Like I mentioned in another thread, this will be a very good small delivery / service fleet vehicle and great for college kids. No matter the gender.

    I want to Test drive the Hybrid Lariat model mostly with everything ! :happy: That seems the most likely a great driving & gas mileage Maverick

    I see the Maverick with the 2L Ecoboost comes with a AWD maybe in a few months.

  9. 1978 FORD Supercab

    I watched all the FORD Promo/Ad videos. This truck just might replace my daily driver, a 2009 FORD TaurusX. After our 1994 Explrer's 2nd transmission went wonky in a parking lot and refused to shift or move, we picked up the TaurusX. It' been a good car, but now the mileage is nearing 200,000, so I'm thinking that maybe it's time for us to have a BRAND NEW vehicle. We've Never had anything newer than 1 year old. This new Maverick ( wish it had a noncar name ) seems to be all i want in a daily driver.:cool:anim
