Hey guys just wondering which ones you all prefer? I have heard that MotorCraft is a little lighter in color and doesn't darken as much as Shell Rotella. I am using Shell Rotella Synthetic right now, but have considered switching over to MotorCraft.

i have been using valvoline all fleet 15-40 forever.
engine oil is a personal preference, ask 20 people what they use and you will hear 20 different oils use what makes you happy..

only thing i will mention, a lot of people have said synthetic oil tends to leak out of these older engines that were not designed to run it... put regular dead dinosaur oil in it and it stopped leaking.

That's pretty much what Blackstone labs says, they don't see much difference in performance/life between conventional oils of the same weight and specifications.
