Motor swapping

    Hello I am new to this forum my name is Diane and I have a 2004 F-150 my question is can I put a 2003 F250 motor in my truck. my motor needs replaced and this is what I have offered to me. can I make the swap or should I continue looking for another motor. thank you in advance for all the help I receive

    Also just curious, is there any possible way you can put a 454 in a f150

    The 2004 F150 uses a 3V 5.4L engine and the 2003 F250 uses a 5.4L 2V engine. They don't swap out without a lot of extra work, like swapping out the computers and wiring harness.

    I suppose with enough time and money you could put a 454 in a F150, but I gotta ask why would you put a Chevy big block in a Ford F150?
