Probably a rookie question here and I have searched everywhere for the answer. I am trying to find out what year my frame is. The cab is a 77 f100 custom and the VIN says it came from a 2wd, so somebody before me put the cab on a 4wd f-150 frame. I can not see the stamped number on the frame to save my life, even using a mirror and a flashlight. The rear of the frame is 37.5” wide, the fuel tank is at the rear of the frame under the bed and it has a divorced transfer (C11415). Is this enough info to get a specific year or do I need to keep digging? Any help appreciated!
