    Kind of. 99 and up match and so do 97 and back, but the offset is different on some year models, mostly the newer generations. 8 x 170 vs. 8 x 6.5

    8 lug single rear wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle:

    1948/52 F2/F3 / 1953/96 F250 / 1967/97 F350 / 1969/74 E300 / 1975/2015 E250/350 / 1997 F250 H/D

    F250/350's went to metric wheels in 1999, but no Econoline of any year has metric wheels.
