Doug from south Mississippi. Made an impulse buy last week in Ohio while visiting. A distant relative was 2 days away from scrapping a 70 F250 Camper Special. Couldn't let that happen so paid $100 more than scrapper. I'm a car guy so no experience with Ford trucks so please bear with my dumb questions.
First question, are 100 & 250 cab body parts interchangeable?
This truck is complete except for front chrome bumper. Will 67 -72 fit?
The hood, as on most, is shot. Bad front rust through. Will a F100 hood fit the 250 without any alterations.
Anyone in south MS, AL or LA have a decent hood or bumper for sale?
    Told ya'll, dumb questions.
Thanks for your help and I'll have many more questions as I get this truck back on the road.

Some will say that there is a difference, but 67-72 F100-600 will fit. Good luck finding a good hood, I searched for a while with no luck. Everything I found was in worse shape than mine so I fixed it. There is a place in Ga now selling repops in steel called Melvins F100 parts
I think LMC has fiberglass ones.
Bumpers are pretty easy to find through LMC, Dennis Carpenter, or Mac’s Ford parts.
Good luck and welcome aboard, glad you saved another one

I've found a decent looking hood (from the photos) it's 6 hours from me. Asking seller if any rust trough. I'm trying to get dimensions of the hood to determine what space I need to transport other than a trailer, I don's have one. might be able to stand up on trailer hitch carrier. Is it convenient for someone to let me know length and width of hood for 67-72? can't find specs online for this measurement. Very much appreciated

I can send some measurements tomorrow when I get home. I can tell you though that you need to be able to protect the lower rear corners, they bend easy, and the hood is not light

The hood measures 77”x 44” at its widest points

    Welcome to FTZ

    Painted/chrome front bumper is the same 1967/77 F100/350, 1978 F100/350 before serial number AG0,001.

1964/66 front bumper (painted/chrome) looks similar, but if the original (not a 1967/77 bumper), the bumper ends are a different shape.

Hood is the same: 1967/72 F100/750.
