Hey, I picked up an 86 F-250 2WD with a 351/Automatic. I want to lower it a little, but the parts don’t seem to be available. Has anyone swapped F-150 parts on to a 250? Is it direct bolt on, or is there a lot of fabrication involved?

    Looking forward to this project!

ooo... leaf suspension to coil? Straight axle to twin Ibeam? sounds difficult.

No, nothing that drastic. It has I-beam in the front. I heard somewhere that F-150 parts were direct bolt on - and you can get lowering beams for a 150, but not for a 250.

I also saw where someone put crown vic front suspension/steering on.
