All the various mirror options for the 2004-2008 swap physcally and have the same mount points. Depending on your truck, it may not have the wiring for power towing mirrors, in those case you need to get the manual towing mirrors. You have to remove the screws at the bottom of the door trim panel. Then pop out the piece of plastic behind the inside door handle remove those bolts and remove the handle. Pop off the top of the armrest. You can then pull off the speaker panel. Remove the speaker. The entire door panel can now be easily lifted up and out. You'll see the three bolts holding the mirror in place. Remove those and the mirror comes off. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes per side.
