It's like a sex change operation for cars as far as I'm concerned.
I'd never do it myself but if you're into it that's your business.

I just like to see the creativity and talent...But, then again, I am in the design and build / fabrication business...and add a dash of muscle cars.

I was looking on the SDC forum yesterday at pics of an El Camino with a "bullet nose" front end grafted onto it.

Bullet noses on 1950/51 Studebakers also called 'pencil sharpeners.'

    You should spend $ 75,000 and turn it into a $60,000 resto-mod.

    :)

I've seen this on the studebakerdriversclub forum and it wasn't all that long ago, either.

Studebaker was the first to have a car based pickup: 1937 Coupe Express.

Yeah it's for sale currently. Belongs to Dana Sorensen.
The farm economy is total poop, forcing the sale of a lot of toys by a lot of guys. There will be farm sales when the weather warms up.
