I have a 94 f150 4wheel drive 5.0. It needs an oil pan gasket. I've read some threads about changing the gasket involving jacking up the engine and unbolting the exhaust among other things. My 94 has a 3 inch body lift. It seems like there is plenty of room to simply drain the oil and drop the pan because of this. Has anybody done this with a lifted 150?
