Passenger hand hold near head

    I owned a Toyota Tundra that had a hand-hold above the passenger window near the shoulder / head. Ford likes to put the hand-hold in the front on the slanted part of the door frame. It's fine for getting in/out of the cab but not so great for hanging on over bumps.

    Anybody know of an after market solution to add hand-holds?
