Took the truck into the school to have brakes done. Replaced back brakes and hardware. After bleeding back brakes became mushy, go to floor and cannot be pumped hard. Brakes where good before work done.
Here is what they have tried:
Replaced one caliper (Bleed valve broken off.) Replaced master cylinder. Bypasses abs. Still brake sinks to floor after bleeding multiple times. Could it be:
    Brake booster
    ABS computer
When front hoses are pinched brakes become hard. This has our shop teacher stumped. Any suggestions. Thanks.

If pinching the hoses causes the brakes to become hard then it sounds like either the hoses themselves have aged to the point where they are swelling internally when pressure is applied, or the seal on the caliper piston is leaking or swelling.

This suggests the problem is with the front brakes and not the rear brakes, investigate the front brakes.

Anytime one works on the brakes , they should bled all the breaks on the vehicle. Passenger rear, drivers rear, passenger front, drivers front, in that order. Do them making sure that all the air is out of the one before moving on to the next. When done the breaks should be hard. If not then there is a leak yet in the system.
