I have a 2000 4WD ranger (used) that binds when in 4 wheel hi and low-tires skip front then back. Acts like different ratio's front and back. Both are 3.73. Changed the transfer case thinking a gear problem. Tires and pressures all the same. Any idea's? Thanks.
does it do it all the time, or only on hardpack? this is a common occurrence on dry pavement/ concrete or hard pack ground. 4X4 is really only for use in low traction conditions.
