Rear drop shackles to level my truck

    My 2020 sport super crew sits high in the rear. While checking out camper shells, the guy at the truck accessory place said 2” drop shackles would level it and not affect the warranty. Has anybody done this? Cliff

    My truck has 2" drop shackles, and it's a pretty simple and safe modification on the F-series "P" platform since 2004. It shouldn't affect warranty as far as I know. It helps handling a little as well.

    I did the same with my 2018 Sierra. I dropped the rear 2" so I could reach, over the tail gate :swear:anim, to get into the back of the damned truck . Plus, it looked really good leveled out. People knew it looked different but, couldn't figure out why. Not an issue with the 2020 Denali and the tailgate with the escalator. :rofl:anim:rofl:anim:rofl:anim:rofl:anim
