I have a ford F3 which I purchased some rear wheel cylinders for ( delco W4515 as I recall ) they are not the correct part... my question is : what is the right part for this truck, they seem to not have a right of left difference... which is what the delco are ( they have a right and a left rear for the F3 ) I have had alot of issues with locating the right rear wheel cylinders, WHO CAN HELP, very frustrating. Just saw your post, been away. Did you resolve your wheel cylinder dilemma?? If not, what is the actual year of the truck?? Ford rear axle that splits apart or a Spicer/Dana axle?? Cap

Did some research and all offered for the REAR axle, both sides the same. The FRONT wheel cylinder offer a left and right side. Cap
