Remote Start won't run AC or Heat settings 2021

    Hello to all. I have a 2021 King Ranch 150 4WD unit. When using the Ford Pass or key fob I cannot get the truck to run the defroster or AC in the summer ---- Is there a menu or setting I can't find ???My assumption is that I should be able to remote start it and have it either cool down or heat up the interior ??? Thank you in advance

    In the remote start menu there's an Auto setting. Turn that on and it will defrost or A/C based on outside temperature.

    From the owner's manual:
    The climate control system adjusts the
    interior temperature during remote start.

    You can switch this feature on or off and
    adjust the settings using the information
    display controls. See Information
    Displays (page 87).

    Thank you for the reply --- I have noticed that if I remote start at least 10 minutes ahead it is defrosted and warm ---- it still is the lowest fan setting ------- I will report back !
