Hey y'all, anyone know of a bucket seat swap that will work in a 65? My bench is way to soft and uncomfortable. Tried some chevy seats but they were too tall and i dont have a tilt column. Looking for something I can get at a pull a part for fairly cheap and that I know will fit.

 

1965/66 F100/250 Rangers came with bucket seats that were the same as 1965/66 Mustang.

There are 4 brackets required that bolt to the floor pan, then to the seat tracks that raise and level the seats.

These are reproduced by a fellow in Tucson AZ

Other seats from F100/350's thru 1996 will work, but some are quite wide.

So if your truck has armrests, you may have to remove them, otherwise the doors will not close.
