I recently imported a 1982 f150 and need to put in Australian standard seatbelts for a blue plate. Current seatbelts have the retractable part above my shoulder on the pillar

Apparently I need to have the retractable part down low. There is no mount at the bottom of the pillar for this system and I would have to remove the moulding for it to work

Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a bracket I can get to mount this at the bottom and top?

This is what I have now

Perhaps if you swapped the left to the right, and visa versa, they can be flipped upside down? There are some universal retractable kits you can buy as a last resort.
