Spare tire carrier bar type under gas tank

    Are these interchangeable between Ford models and years? Are the upper nuts on the hang bolts spot welded or do they just need Blaster loosener applied at Pull-A-Part?

    Working on reconstructing a 1984 F-250 6.9L spare tire hanger under gas tank.
