steering column lenght

    I am researching columns for a 51 F1. it appears the desired length is 30" but I am confused

    is 30" overall or is it 30" column plus a 2" adapter for the wheel so its really 32"

    I just worry I am looking at 30" columns when I should be looking at 28"
    thoughts?
