Hello! I am really struggling to disconnect the turn signal switch connector on my '85 F-250. It's tricky to get to too. It's way down on the steering column. Hard to see and reach. I know there are tabs on the sides to pull up but on mine they appear to be broken. I can't figure out why it's stuck and how to free it up. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Had the same issue on my 86 f250, it's plastic so don't force it, you'll break it. I had to use a medium size flat head to gently pry each side, left-right-top-bottom. It eventually came loose. The warmer it is the easier and don't pull it apart by yanking on the harness! Good luck.
