I guess general question to start then specific:

General - where is a good source for me to look at vacuum diagrams for my 83 Ford F150XL 351?

Specifics -

1) Going through the truck I found a vacuum line plugged by a deck screw (pics below).

2) I also found a metal tube that leads to nowhere below the truck, it "exits" near the transmission pan, and begins on a vacuum looking thing with a yellow TSB "warning" label? (pics below).

The line by the transmission would be for air injection to the cat.from the smog pump.

 

Ok thanks I will need to see if there is an input to the cat. Any idea what the other plugged off vacuum line is, or where I can get a good vacuum diagram online?

 

I have a few more mysteries -

1) a thin vacuum line by the firewall (noticed it while replacing the heater core today, what a friendly job compared to most I have done)...

2) A single electrical plug on near the alternator backside... maybe I knocked it out when I was changing on the belts last week? I don't know.

3) A multi connector as shown on the RH side...
