What is the rule for wheels on a 1988 F250 regarding Dodge 8lug.

    I am looking for takeoffs and I want to know what wheels will bolt on to my F250. From the research I have done, it seems pre 1998 ford 8 lug and all Dodge wheel 8 lugs will work but not GM, Is that even remotely correct?

    some will , some will not. i have never found a firm answer except to try them. i had a set of 89 dodge takeoffs bolt rite on my 88, and a set of 89 takeoffs that would not fit my nephews 88
