I have a 1967 F100 2 wheel drive 352 C6.
While removing the valve body to replace the shift shaft seal, a screen or filter was sitting on the valve body as it was removed from the transmission. I don't know where it goes when I put it back together
Any observations and advice are appreciated.

I watched a video from precision transmission that showed a picture of the location of that screen. It didn't specifically mention it, but you can see it.

 

That wasn't the one, but I saw it in this video too.
I put it back together, and now I am wondering what I am missing for the kick down lever.
Thank you for posting this video. There is no substitute for experience, but you guys make it a lot easier to fake it.
