Yes, i know, i've only had it 2 weeks..figured i'd get a license plate on it and drive it before re-wiring it. i HAVE fixed the interior door jamb light switches (i know, simple, but i'm not a mechanic, so i was happy it worked), removed the passenger seat and console, installed weather stripping on engine bay, tinted the windows, removed the clutch pedal that was still there, took it to get VIN verified downtown, after having it shipped here, (on other cars, replaced belts that blew on 66 Thunderbird, hard to drive w/o power steering, put on new starter, fixed leaking gas line) (took apart console on range rover to fix media screen)(moved a 1200# pool table by myself to make more room in garage-(still not enough room for 17' long '66 T-bird, '88 Ferrari 328, 540hp SVR Range Rover, Harley trike, Yamaha scooter with sidecar, 2020 Vespa w/ sidecar and now Truck) built new shutter doors for HVAC access, shampooed the carpet after dog got sick, did some laundry, painted a bedroom, took 2 trailer loads of yard waste after cutting to the dump. went to 2 baseball games, Go Rays! oh yeah and worked 50 hrs / week....) and before all this drove 700 miles to look at truck and then buy it, 700 miles each way, so yes, i will get to the wiring. and i'm in florida, so except for past 2 days, we have a small hurricane once or twice a day, some people call it rain.
I guess i'll only post pictures when its perfect, but that will be another 8-12 years. But as previous owner said when i asked if it needed anything, he stated, "you just need to DRIVE IT!"
Despite the wiring, which previous owner was going to put a bigger engine in it if it didn't sell. but currently has this in it. (and i said, "bigger engine!?" )

Keep those pics coming, you have a really nice truck, If I had the spare $$ I would take those buckets off your hands but
Have to get into paint and finish my truck project..
Also sounds like you need a 15 car garage to park all your toys....
I will post pics wen I get out of paint.( Blitz Black was my final decision)..

On your power steering, believe you mentioned rack n pinion. Guessing your thinking of a total front suspension change?? As the truck stock, was available with P steering, it would be a bolt in conversion from a donor truck or parts from a pik n pull scrap yard. All brackets for pump mounting from the 460 engine family a must and other components including the P steer steering column from the source you choose/find. I'd go with using all the used components with the option to choose a rebuilt pump, box, n new hoses.
