I was reminded of this gem of a thread when I gassed up in Salisbury today. I posted 2 pictures on FB from the same gas station sign.....which flashed a 'cash' price (including debit)........then about 10 seconds later, would flash a 'credit' price.

.06-cents difference. Cash for regular was $1.93 9/10..........Credit for regular was $1.99 9/10.

Yes. Cash is king.

 

Truck stops around here flash the same signs, but if you pull into the car pumps, the price is the same (cash price) regardless of weather you pay with cash or credit.
