One thing most people don't know is if you total, sell or trade a vehicle with an extended warranty, you can get a refund on the unused portion (milage) on the policy. I've done that with every vehicle I've owned and received money back. Requires proof of mileage on vehicle (if trade by dealer) or photo should work if sold to private individual (also mileage on title to buyer).

 

2020 F-250, 13,300 miles. Bought new. My dealer just quoted me $5500 for FORD ESP 125,000 mile Bumper to Bumper, 8 yrs from when it went into service, 10/20. Seems high to me??
