    LOL, 2 strokes didn't like a lot of "push"

    They were fun to drive tho. Screamed the whole time you were in them. Good luck hearing anything for the first hour after you got out of the truck

    I didn't think the F150 appeared until the early 80's.

    1975 was the first year of the F150, when emissions laws kicked in effecting half ton pickups. By making the F150 a "heavy half ton" over the exemption limit of the law Ford could continue to make them with fewer emissions controls.
