    John, what kind of rig is that on top of your hoist? Can you post up a pic? Might come in handy for someone else! Cab looks great!

    That was something I whipped up in a hurry Pat, not pretty but functional but can get a picture of it if you really like:)

    John, did you do any work on the frame? I'd hate to see rust on that rig after all the work you put into the body.

    Also, did you see my post on the first page regarding your pictures?

    Oh My Goodness! I just started reading this thread and you're doing amazing work on a hard hard job. Lots of welding wire and elbow grease you going through. That truck is going to be a fine looking rig again, congrats 56panelford. A beauty!

    Hello Stewart , I did read what you said about the pictures, my wife and I went out yesterday and took some others and I submitted them for the contest, I will look through some of my posts on the other site to see if there is some that I lost. I have done work to the frame and will continue to bring this build thread up to date.

    Now with the cab on the frame it was time to start changing out the suspension, I leveled the frame on jack stands and removed all of the rear suspension

    I installed a TCI suspension kit # 412-4610-00 which lowers the rear 5".

    Also installed an 8.8 differential from a 1998 Ford Explorer, pinion angle is supposed to be set for 5*.
