Well, there isn't a "Diesel" section, yet, so I'll try to post this here.

    1997 Ford F350 XLT 4x4 CCLB with the 7.3L and E4OD.

This is my "Puddle Jumper" (aka "PJ") and she takes me, my wife, two adult daughters, and my dog, just about anywhere we want to go, all while towing our 1991 Wilderness 24M travel trailer.

I'm not driving this at the moment. She has become a WIP.

Yep. She needs some TLC and some modifications that most folks won't notice. Nothing major, but enough to make her more fun on the highway, with an occasional 1/8- to 1/4-mile trip. ;)

I don't have a "new" picture of the truck as I'm probably the 3rd or 4th owner. I've had it 5 years+ now, and here's a pretty good idea as to how far the truck has come since I got it. When I got it, it was pretty much stock other than a cat-back exhaust setup and a K&N filter kit.

I'm still riding my 1997 F-150 XLT Lariat 4x4 Three door shortbed stepside I bought new just as soon as the dealer got it to his establishment. It's all original except air filter oil, and oil filter, brakes, alternator, tires, and balancing weights. Over 204,ooo miles. Yes, driver side door has the famous crack (about 3/4 of and inch vertical on the door. Never got any larger) We are lucky fellows to own such a great looking ford!

My 97 Lariat 4x4 F150 3door I bought new. I wouldn't trade it, but I wish I had two like yours only in ford yellow like my 79 f100 shortbed stepside I had until a yellow freight pulling pups kind of left me and it in a ball sliding of an icy bridge. Those.ywo you have are spectacular!
