    Nice looking work John.

I did this. Not just today but over a couple of days.

    Out with the old.

Thought that seal looked familiar. I helped do those seals on an Excursion once.

Here's what some of the painting progress on mine looks like...

I finished my forward tilt hood kit that I copied from the kit I bought for my panel and it actually works. :)

Well yesterday we took our last ride for the year in the panel and washed and dried it ready for the spring time ride.

I haven't had to do much of anything to my Ranger since I bought it 3 or 4-years ago...

It's still running on the same set of spark plugs, even... And, it's running great...

It's had that "chain-rattle" sound coming from the front of the engine the entire time I've had it...

I've rebuilt the front brakes - including replacing the rotors...

It dragged a 3,000-lb camp trailer around 850 to 900-miles without either burning out the clutch or blowing up the engine...

I've had the clutch checked-out a couple of times - once by a Ford dealership - both times, I was told it was still fine... I found out from the original owner (an alarm company in Poulson, Montana) that the clutch had, most likely, been replaced once or twice as they were hard on their trucks...

The last thing I had to do was replace the passenger-side door mirror after a slight off-road mishap...

(I did buy new spark plugs - I just gotta find a good time to replace them - and, I've got to figure out where I put them as I got them a while ago and I seem to have misplaced them...)

I just keep up on the fluids and it seems to be happy...

It's currently showing 161,235 miles on the odometer...

It's because I haven't had any issues with the Ranger that I don't post in any of the other threads other than the "General" miscellaneous threads, LOL...

However, the old '77 F150 I have that's still sitting in front of my wife's apartment in Idaho is another story altogether - I truly miss driving that beast around...

Vent shades today, the hula girl a few days ago.

The mirrors were done just before Christmas.

    It's been too long!

We sure had a good time looking at fast aircraft last weekend. Excursion made it there and back without a hiccup. (well not counting a few gallons).
